Established in 1995 as a joint venture between Samsung and Corning Incorporated of the US, Samsung Corning Precision Materials has made considerable efforts to maintain world-class quality by taking the initiative in the development and stable supply of top-notch LCD glass substrates. As a result, we have become one of the best companies in the world in the business of display materials such as LCD glass substrates and targets.

As the only company dealing with inorganic materials within the Samsung, Samsung Corning Precision Materials is focusing on the development of innovative new materials and R&D so that they can be commercialized. Based on such, we declared Vision 2020 in 2010 to transform the company into one of the Top 5 companies specializing in inorganic materials.
